NOTE: Your password will expire after 60 Days. Please change it when it expires.

How to access Office 365 e-mail off-campus


  1. Visit: https://outlook.office.com
  2. Username: s123456789@mandela.ac.za (i.e. your student number @mandela.ac.za). You will be directed to a Nelson Mandela University logon screen.
  3. Password: network password that you set yourself or that was given to you.
