The Board of Directors of the National Board of Accountants and Auditors (NBAA) in its 189th session held under its Chairman CPA. Prof. Sylvia S. Temu has approved the results of the 96th Board examinations for Candidates who took the examinations held in May 2023 at various levels of studies of the NBAA Board.
Speaking to journalists in Dar es Salaam, NBAA Board Chairman, CPA. Prof. Sylvia S. Temu has said that the results have been approved following examinations held in 11 centers located in Tanzania on the mainland and on the islands.
He said that the total number of registered candidates was 6,429, among the candidates registered to take the exams, 525 candidates equal to 8.1 percent could not take the exams for various reasons, so the candidates who took the exams were 5,904 equal to 91.9 percent of them 2,951 candidates equal to 49.98 percent were women and 2,953 candidates were equal and 50.02 percent were men.
