Muongozo Mpya Wa Kuomba Mkopo 2023/24 HESLB. The Higher Education Student Loans Board was established in 2004 through HESLB Act (CHAPTER 178) and officially commenced in July, 2005. The Credit Board has the responsibility to provide loans or grants to needy students who meet the criteria.
The loan application window for stone 2023/2024 will open from soon. Credit Board rules and regulations specify general qualifications and criteria for students in need of credit. A qualified and needy applicant may apply loan / grant to cover the cost of higher education.

Launch Season Student Loan Application Season 2023/24. The Minister of Education, Science and Technology Prof Adolf Mkenda today July 13 2023 will launch the Guidelines for applying for loans for Higher Education students for the Academic Year 2023/24.
